Received in excellent condition. There were minor scratches on the top and bottom glossy plastic trim. Two minutes with the polishing tool and they were gone too and everything looked perfect. The product is fantastic with more features than I expected. Will be very helpful when my son starts driving (school zone warnings, speeding color change, local phone info especially for parking).

Very happy with this Garmin as a GPS. Voice activation of GPS directions is very convenient. However, using it as a speakerphone for phone calls is practically useless. Calls are made and received, but the microphone function is so weak that it's almost impossible to hold a conversation. The voice is cut off even when the car is not moving and the phone signal is strong.

It's great (when it works), love the lane departure warning and voice control. Problem? It goes into PC save mode all the time, doesn't offer navigation, eventually it returns to navigation mode, then you have to take your eyes off the road and agree to the warning, select "show map" and hope that's the case doesn't switch back to PC storage mode, which it does 3 or 4 times an hour. I've been using this GPS for 4 months but I'm a little disappointed. Especially in downtown (Pittsburgh) it doesn't recognize the correct route and sometimes it just gets lost (goes dormant) and I have to re-enter the destination address to activate it. Also, the graphs are about 1-2 seconds behind, for example if you need to turn right, the graphs will indicate that after you've passed the right turn, say 1 second, which is what I'm used to now. I did a lot of research before purchasing this device. I received the block within three days. This was a refurbished unit I bought and I was a bit hesitant but the price was within my budget. When I opened the box, it looked like a new device. The face shield cover and all components were packed perfectly. I charged it via USB and when I turned it on it worked right out of the box.
