Very good golf watch

Non black watch. It is grey. Why? The strap is difficult to put on because the strap is difficult to fit into the holder. Great for a precise distance course and adapts quickly as the golfer moves.

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • Zero

Refurbished - Terrible battery life

I love the specs on the Garmen Approach 20. The low rating is due to the terrible battery life in my refurbished one. Looks like luck and I have a short battery stick. It seems they could and should have appreciated it!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Will write later

All in all a great golf watch

With the added bonus of your steps, it also doubles as a Fitbit. The only 2 cons I see is that they don't show the time when you're in "golf course" mode, which is why you have to. Turn off the mode to find out the time and the date will not appear immediately. Pretty minor things but as a golf watch I would give it 5 stars.

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons
  • Band

Works as advertised. Refurbished but works like new.

I had the watch for several months. Works as advertised and although refurbished works like new. Long battery life (good for three rounds on a single charge). I only use them for golf and they are much better than previous, cheaper watches I've had. The GPS is top notch and the scorecard works intuitively and well, as does the route etc. Garmin's customer service has been great so far. I contacted them about a course I play on that had a layout change and over the next week the new course…

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • something different

Golf gps device delivering

I bought this product mainly as a golf gps watch. I don't use the activity tracking features so I can't comment on them. I moved from a Bushnell laser unit that failed after about 2 years. This low product quality led to the decision to look for an inexpensive GPS device. I looked at both entry-level and more expensive products and chose this product because it has the key features I wanted. My experience has been very positive: - the device is easy to use after a basic review of the user…

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled
