NZ 100%, OZ 90% compatible with GPS, finders and accessories

Three months in New Zealand in Spring 2016. Hired campers and stayed at almost all top 10 theme parks on both islands. The GPS was almost error-free. He found most of the landmarks and places of interest. Three months in OZ in the summer of 2016. Hired an SUV and drove 15km counter-clockwise up the east coast and back around the edge of the outback west of the Great Dividing Range. Some random confusion about sealed/unsealed (our American definition of paved) and we didn't always know about…

Even worked great on my old device

Recorded during a 3 week holiday in New Zealand. It worked great on my old Nuvi 200 and never let us down. Then my sister used it in Tasmania with no problems. We've always been able to find our destination and it's always taken us in the right direction, which is hard to complain about. The only complaint (not really Garmin's fault) is that the time-to-go estimates were pretty far off, especially on country or mountain roads. Because while the speed limit in New Zealand was almost always 100…

Pros
  • . • Provides step-by-step instructions on compatible devices. • Says street names (example: turn right on the main road)

Before I left the US, I programmed some important addresses, hotels, airports, restaurants, shopping malls, etc. into the GPS, e.g. B. I landed in Sydney, got in the car and turned on my Garmin nuvi. The GPS was extremely accurate in directing me to my hotel, points of interest and every place I wanted to visit. I could work there just as well as at home in the USA (except for left-hand…

Not the latest version level - False advertising

According to Garmin technical support, version level 010-11875-00 should be 2015.1. The SD card I received was 2014.4. It was strange that the package I received appeared in Garmin Original but 010-11875-00 didn't appear on the package nor on the SD card and since the 2014.4 version appeared in Garmin Basecamp I believe I got the lower version end of what i thought i would order. The price was good when it was the right version but not for the old version. The provider was LTKShop - this is how
