Does what I need Bike Computer/GPS

My Garmin 705 has stopped working. I'm a 55 year old woman who drove quite fast. Now I just want to enjoy cycling and stay fit. The Touring Plus gives you everything the more expensive models have, minus the connection to cadence and power meters. You also can't instantly share rides with friends or automatically upload them to social networks. I doubt anyone really cares that I ride my bike and I'm pretty sure they don't have to follow me in real time! I can see sharing rides with ride buddies

Pros
  • Sporty and portable GPS
Cons
  • High price

Everything you need for a cycle computer

I've been waiting a long time to buy a GPS bike computer, but the Garmin Edge 810 was a bit expensive for me. Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • There are even more interesting options.

Not what I was hoping for, but better than nothing

I have had three different Garmin car units and have loved each one. So I had high hopes for this device. It continues to disappoint. I suspect that's partly because the device is a lot smaller than car devices, so there's a lot less room for storage and processing power I think. The battery life is far from what is advertised. I haven't drained it completely yet, but my longest ride of about eight hours has left it in the single digits, that's less than 8%. This means that it has to be…

Pros
  • GPS, finder and accessories
Cons
  • Slightly torn
