Does what I need Bike Computer/GPS

My Garmin 705 has stopped working. I'm a 55 year old woman who drove quite fast. Now I just want to enjoy cycling and stay fit. The Touring Plus gives you everything the more expensive models have, minus the connection to cadence and power meters. You also can't instantly share rides with friends or automatically upload them to social networks. I doubt anyone really cares that I ride my bike and I'm pretty sure they don't have to follow me in real time! I can see sharing rides with ride buddies being useful, but if you plan ahead you can still send rides via links or email and then download the ride to your device. Maps are included which is a big plus. I use the Touring Plus as a bike computer and also like to download routes. For that it works great. All of the data fields that my old 705 had are available in the Touring Plus, with the exception of cadence and power. Around me are many country roads with little traffic. Automatic back and forth routing took me to more intense roads. No major freeways, but definitely busy ring roads. While there was a way to minimize inclines and avoid dirt roads with autorouting, avoiding freeways is impossible. Maybe we can get that in a firmware update? I'm not a fan of the touchscreen either. When I need to press a key, like on 705, it works the same way every time. Sometimes I press the touchscreen and nothing happens. Other times it works well with a fairly light touch. Garmin Connect is pretty good. This way I can track all my rides and view them on a map. It also allows me to compare the same rides to see if I'm getting faster. You can use the maps on the website to create courses and then download the courses to your device. Online maps are quite detailed. Creating, uploading and following courses is one of my favorite things to do.
