This watch has been fantastic in helping me understand how I run. I'm just starting out and have been using the watch for every run for a month. Love the app integration and all the viewing features available. I wish there were more types of vibrational patterns as each change occurs in the same vibration. Wow, what a watch in every way, it meets 99% of people's needs. After many weeks of comparing fitness watches, I decided on the Garmin Forerunner 235. I know it's an old model but it's still the best. . And it outperforms the newer model. Pros: Functionally it is very simple and easy to use and ready to use at 50% charge.
