I tried different types and was most impressed with the higher quality of this bag. Significantly durable fabric and the seams are well stitched. The bag responds impressively with a good puff and I happily use it several times a week just to remind my sometimes forgetful muscle memory. I don't have much objection to the others - I just liked this one better.

I ordered this expensive punch bag and when I first met it the zipper that goes on top and holds the thing together broke. No solution to this crap. This bag seems to fit the bill. I haven't had it for too long (maybe 2 weeks now) so time will tell. I trained almost every day - usually 5 swings at a time, 3 to 5 reps; usually 2 to 4 times a day - with no obvious issues or issues.
