Initiates a fuel leak code

Loved the idea and the lid looks nice. I used it on my 2015 jeep, about 4 days later it caused a gas cap error and then the check engine light came on. I went to the dealer and they explained why so I switched back to the dealer cap. The error went away after a day and the Check Engine light went out.
