Good for the price. But why would it be shipped with the wrong gasket? It didn't have a paper pad like in the picture. had a very small o-ring that didn't seal properly.

Shown is a gasket, I have an o-ring instead. I ended up buying a Permatex 22071 RTV water pump and a thermostat silicone gasket to ensure there were no leaks. I don't know why they don't bother to fix it

only lasted for 5 months after 5 months it started leaking due to a poor quality plug. 5 months not worth buying, cheap but not worth buying.

The perfect replacement part that is at least as good in terms of looks as the original Toyota part it replaces at a fraction of the cost. If it lasts I'll be happy, if not I'll update this review. A gasket came, but instead I used gray silicone, like Toyota.

Water pump suitable as a replacement for 2005 Rav4. The part number matches the Gates online part number for this vehicle. The gasket is not paper as shown in the picture but is a 1/8" rubber gasket that fits into the groove as supplied from the factory. It is recommended that the installation be made with a good quality RTV sealant to ensure a leak-free repair.
