Not worth your money

This water pump is subpar. It quickly failed after installation, causing major issues to my car's engine. The only positive aspect is that it is affordable. Unfortunately, the cons far outweigh the pros in this case. I would not recommend this product to any automotive enthusiast.

Pros
  • High quality and durable construction
Cons
  • Requires professional installation for proper installation

Installed water pump on a 2008 Chevrolet Uplander. Did.

Installed water pump on a 2008 Chevrolet Uplander. After that over 1000 miles on the road, no leaks and the temp has been kept in excess of 4000ft by a constant climb. The seal is included with the pump, so there is no need to order the seal separately.

Pros
  • Meets OE specifications and requirements
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Great value Perfect Fit comes with gasket

I have never had a problem with Gates parts. Driven about 5000 km with it, it works well, is silent and does not run. Easy replacement on the 3.5 liter Saturn Aura. Probably the most time consuming thing is draining the coolant to avoid a big mess and refilling with fresh coolant.

Pros
  • Premium water pumps are designed to increase the performance of an equivalent standard pump
Cons
  • Modernity
