Worked on my 2005 F350 CCSB 6.0 Single Generator Duty Cycle

As the name suggests worked on my 2005 F350 CCSB 6.0 Single Generator. Replacing belts is a pain on these trucks. So if you're having trouble, remove the fan shrouds (unfortunately requires disconnecting the upper radiator hose).

Pros
  • Annual Trial
Cons
  • All OK

Not for 2003 Ford 6.0L

Belt should fit 2003 Ford 6.0L but is a few inches shorter. Not sure what the chassis has to do with the belt length (I have an alternator motor) but I got frustrated when I threaded the belt all the way around only to find it didn't slip over the alternator.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Damaged

Fixed squeaking issue

Installed on a 2005 F350 6.0L Diesel. I had an odd issue where my truck was getting hot and the clutch fan on the truck was squeaking loudly. After replacing it with this belt, I can safely tow my fifth wheel up hills without fear of being laughed at. I used to avoid driving in warm weather because I didn't know what the problem was at the time. Glad he's gone

Pros
  • Strong Finish
Cons
  • Weak

Just got back from a 1000 mile ride so far so good no squeaks

Installed this belt on a 2006 F350 6.0L Powerstroke. When towing uphill, the fan hit the belt and squeaked "tried several different belts" which caused me to let go of the accelerator. Just got back from a 1000km ride, so far nothing good has squeaked. So I am giving this review 4 stars and will update it later as the belt has only been worn for a month.

Pros
  • Good value for money
Cons
  • Does not fit all
