Completely different halter than in the photo. NO triple stitching, NO throat clip. Will be returned due to false advertising.

Cannot recommend this halter. cardboard skin. Upon delivery, the leather of the capsule is torn. Slightly better after conditioning and oiling several times.

Within a month of wearing this halter my horse broke the tab on his left cheek. It's been a week since the month it was delivered so I haven't been able to replace or return it. Otherwise I liked it very much.

Excellent leather halter, well made and soft, no additional work required. Put it on my QH mare and it fits perfectly. The shape of the neck helped a lot with the fit. The leather is nice - it was a bit tight adjusting the crown buckles - but it was right out of the box. Very happy with this halter - better than the ones I've seen for twice the price.

I bought this halter for my 16 arm Thoroughbred gelding to use as a reversible halter. I was very impressed with the quality of the leather and the fittings, especially for such a cheap product. The leather is soft but durable, a beautiful dark brown color as in the photo. The buckles are easily adjustable. My gelding has a bit of a big head for a Thoroughbred, but it suits him.
