I was pleasantly surprised at how durable this tool is! I bought it to remove 500 square feet of thin floor board. It took a few days, but the work turned out great. It paid off in a job! I figured it would be a lot cheaper to buy an instrument than rent one. A beautiful case was also included. It was a great deal with two batteries for the price of one. I have always used Bosch tools and this one did not disappoint again!

The box was sealed with tape when delivered. When I unpacked it, there were stains on the case, lost the paper warranty and product information, the battery was fully charged, there were several imperfections on the drill itself. I was wondering if it was used and returned. The seller may be unknown or may be.In any case, I should get a discount or just return. not decided yet. $250 isn't much, but if you're buying from a store I wouldn't go with a previously opened pack.

The tool is well built and works great. It's also nice to have two batteries at this price point. A note to all other novice DIYers like me: before you hammer it on, you need to make sure the bit you're using is inserted into the work surface. Take the tool and place it where you are going to hammer and push down until you feel the tool move forward about half an inch. At this point you can turn it on. You also need to put proper pressure on him or he won't score properly.
