Maybe it's my fault, but this stand isn't high enough. As you can see in both pictures the top of the brush is slotted properly for the brush holder but the brushes are on the counter. The second photo is like mine but very unstable and the brush falls sideways. Be sure to measure the length of the brush before purchasing. Otherwise not a bad inexpensive holder. This is just what I need for my travel bag to properly dry my shaving brush on the go. It's well made and won't easily bend in a holdall. I would buy it again if I had to. hopefully not. ;)

My husband was addicted to a new religion called shaving so of course more things had to be bought. Since one-size-fits-all kits don't always suit his a la carte mentality, a larger stand was needed for the oversized brush. This booth was a great success! The large brush fits securely in the holder and the large base keeps everything upright.

The coaster serves its purpose perfectly and is as beautiful as the brush it dries. I don't see any wear and tear problems.

Good, but note that this brush holder requires a brush with a very large handle. I have two brushes, both high quality natural bristles. One of them goes right through the ring. The other barely sits on the ring and pulls through with a little effort.
