💡 GE Biax T4 42W 97633 Light Bulb Review

I bought two light bulbs. The first bulb burned out in just over two weeks; However, when I opened the case, I saw that the bulb had popped out of its spring-loaded socket for reasons unknown. I haven't installed a second bulb yet, but the original bulbs (same type and manufacturer) lasted over 3 years. Let's hope that the new lamps have a comparable durability.

After many unsuccessful visits to various hardware stores, I decided to order this product online. Most places I visited didn't have the product, others promised their bulb would fit (but didn't). With a bit more online returns I was afraid of being disappointed again. However, it was the correct bulb and it works fine. The item was shipped and received on time. Now everything is in order. I hope it lasts 7 years like the previous one.

This bulb takes a long time to warm up to full brightness. Starts as a night light. I bought this 1 year ago. It went like this for 1 year. Pretty expensive lamp for 1 year.
