They work well together UPDATED (they don't work together)

At first I only had one and it wasn't very loud unless I turned it all the way up and then the sound quality was distorted. After the second, the audio is much louder and clearer without having to crank it up, and the lights can be dimmed, which is cool. I will order a third one and then I think this will be enough. We have these in the kitchen and we plug them in to play upbeat music while we clean up and some type of classical music while we eat. Update 11/14/2020: This is not very good. Asโ€ฆ

Too much trouble to handle.

Watch what you read! When I bought this I wanted to use it in our living room so my husband doesn't have to turn the TV up super loud to hear while everyone else is on mute! It's advertised as working like surround sound, but it's not! The ONLY way I can get it to work is with our Revain firestick on the TV. It won't connect to the TV unless we're watching with a Firestick. Also, the sound no longer comes from the TV itself, it ONLY comes from the lightbulb/speaker. Either one or the otherโ€ฆ

Good idea; does not work as advertised

Bought 4 for my small kitchen to fit in the overhead light shelf for a simpler (but admittedly cheaper) speaker system for listening to music while cooking. The bulbs themselves are pretty easy to install and pairing with Bluetooth is effortless. The sound quality is what you pay for, so I have nothing to complain about; As you would expect from a lightbulb, there was little bass, but more than I expected. Even the remote worked well for brightness and power control, never gave me any problemsโ€ฆ
