I'm sorry, I didn't understand

These motion sensors do not turn off automatically. Now I need to set a switch to control them so the cat doesn't turn them on. I might as well buy a cheaper version as I would need to install a switch so they don't turn off in the middle of the night.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Crumpled package

Good and easy installation

This light was easy to install and fitted nicely under a cupboard. Looking directly at the cabinet, the lamp is not visible and protrudes from below. The recommended junction box was not needed. I cut the plug from the included wiring and plugged straight into the nearest outlet.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Nice lamps, a bit bulky and a bit expensive

We used these rather expensive lamps to light up the cabinet in our kitchen. Installation was easy. The lights are strung together but still work independently - a plus for us. What we didn't expect was how vulnerable they are to accidental power on and off caused by touching objects on the desktop. Just a few things to consider when choosing how and where to install these lights.

Easy to install, but it also depends on where to install it.

I chose this product to replace another old Jasco (GE) under cabinet fluorescent lamp that died after years of continuous use. It attaches to the underside of the kitchen cabinet, which is partially above the sink. It has two levels of lighting (controlled by a flick of the wrist) and three light colors (pink, rose-white, and bright white) that you set with a small switch. If you set the brightness to maximum, it will actually be bright in any of the three lighting colors you chose.

Pros
  • Superb design
Cons
  • Modern

BE CAREFUL, THIS IS NOT A MOTION ACTIVATION

Attention, this light is not activated by movement. It's bright light and good color but very deceptive. This light turns on and off when you move your hand VERY CLOSE to the light. And I mean surprisingly close. If you use it as a closet light and walk towards it, it won't turn on. You have to reach out and almost touch the light for it to come on. Once it's on, it stays on until you reach out and almost touch it again to turn it off. There are situations where this is ideal, but if, like me…

Works as advertised!

I have just installed the 24" version and we are very pleased with the look and function. To dim or turn on or off, you need to get your hand very close to the sensor, within 4 to 6 inches. . In hindsight, that makes sense because you don't want the lights flickering while you're cooking. The reason I ordered this product is because the house we bought already had GE halogen bulbs (120V/60A, 12W) and half of them stopped working. They also burned very badly, which bothered me. The plugs and…

Not very motion sensor

Installation was easy with a paper template to place the screws. But it's best described as touchless rather than a motion sensor. It works about as well as touchless faucets in toilets; that is not very good. You practically have to touch (usually multiple times) a small touchpad on one end of the device to turn it on and off. I think it actually works by detecting changes in light levels and doesn't work well in low light. Once you manage to turn it on, it stays lit until you manage to turn…

Sleek, Attractive Dual Intensity LED Under Cabinet Light with Motion Sensor

GE's 24" LED Under Cabinet Light is a great way to illuminate your kitchen counter or other workspace. The light is even, soft and beautifully colored (you have three light color options). The two lighting levels are very useful. The motion sensor works fine for me. MOTION SENSOR: After installation, I found that the motion sensor works well. Instead of a moving wave, I hold the back of my hand near the sensor for a split second. The comments here made me wonder how well the motion sensor would
