UPDATE: The charger has decided to stop working. When used with our TV, the option selected feels like it's being pressed all the time. It won't stop unless you turn off the TV and turn it on with another changer. Tried changing battery, still works. I am very disappointed with this purchase. I had the exact same model that ended up dying so I ordered a replacement. The only functional difference was that the keyboard glows where the original wasn't, otherwise identical - EXCEPT some idiot decided to resize the battery compartment and they screwed up. The compartment is now 1/2 inch longer (see photo) and the batteries have no contact with the spring - one barely, the other not. I received this remote control as new from stock and I am VERY satisfied. The only question I didn't find an answer to here is the XBOX code. I have an XBOX One S and X so 2824 worked for me. If that doesn't work for you, try 2134 or 2144 (both codes are for Microsoft/XBOX in the code list provided, but they don't work because they're probably for 360 or Xbox One without S/X. I spend a lot of time in hotels for work. And I always travel with my Fire Stick to watch my stuff, not the local commercial cable channels. It won't do everything that every single remote can do, but if you just need the basics it's not bad at all.
