I received this remote control as new from stock and I am VERY satisfied. The only question I didn't find an answer to here is the XBOX code. I have an XBOX One S and X so 2824 worked for me. If that doesn't work for you, try 2134 or 2144 (both codes are for Microsoft/XBOX in the code list provided, but they don't work because they're probably for 360 or Xbox One without S/X. Hope this helps someone _ : PROS: _- took about 5 minutes to program - master volume adjustment - slick matte design - 3 of my remotes are out of date _: CONS: _- some buttons need to be re-learned but most features are still available (minus the special one YouTube button on Smart TV remote)_:UPDATE:_- bought another one in case I lose one of these and forgot the codes used, but I was able to retrieve it from the remote as instructed.- I use the remote every time day, and I've changed the batteries maybe once in the last two years, so the battery life is amazing.
