The item we bought was only returned because I didn't have the part number. I needed a three tier element. I sent it back once, no problem and redeemed the correct one. Which works great and was easy to install.

Direct replacement, worked. I took a picture of the connectors before removing the old one and connecting the new one in the same way. As for the used one, the condition is acceptable, it only had a blue marking stripe on it, but once fitted under the hob it is not visible.

I bought this for 3 reasons: brand, price and returning it if I ordered the wrong part. It was SUPER easy to replace and worked PERFECTLY! I'm a single mom who doesn't have the time or money to swap out oven parts. It literally took 15 minutes from the moment I turned the switch off to the moment I turned it back on. I received the goods quickly and for a very short time without a perfectly working plate. BIG!

The goods received are well protected and neatly packaged. When I started the installation, I found that one of the pin headers was already "broken", preventing me from using the existing cable connector. Instead I had to solder the wire directly to what was left of the broken block connector. Everything worked out in the end, but I would be wary of buying anything like "used" in the future. Stick with the "new" product, even if it costs you a little more than the total cost.

I'm sure it's a good product but make sure you see the size in the product description. if not, don't buy. It seems that some vendors do not list the item size on their product and use the wrong part number description. I had to buy it from another online store because this product had the correct part number but the wrong size. great waste of time and effort. Check your burner size - your stove model number.

Bought as a spare burner. The device arrived without installation instructions, so I recommend taking a picture of the device to be replaced before starting the repair. I saved a few bucks on this OEM, it was well packaged in two boxes. It is very easy to replace and operate. I bought it for my GE model (JB655SK1SS). I installed it myself and it took about 15 minutes after opening the glass lid. Take a picture of the connections and you'll have a good idea.
