Bought this for running instead of a traditional fanny pack and I'm so glad I did! It doesn't bounce around like a regular fanny pack and as long as you tighten the strap tight enough it doesn't slip too much, although if you're wearing it over sweatpants, which are more slippery, you might have to tuck your shirt in to keep it from slipping. I am absolutely delighted! I was going through a armband with an iPhone 6S plus and hated it at the gym, I needed an alternative way to hold my phone. That's great. It sits very comfortably in the waist, the velcro is strong and secure. It's a large pocket, so despite having two visible zippers, it can slide around if you have keys or loose change. Overall I'm very happy with it and wish I had seen it before I bought a pesky bandage that never lasted!

I've run most of my life and have never owned a running belt. IT CHANGES THE GAME. I don't have to hold my phone or car keys! It fits my iPhone 8 plus perfectly, as well as my car keys and lip balm. It fits my waist perfectly and I love the adjustable velcro! Sits very well! I also use it to hold my phone while doing chores and I can listen to music or audio! My stepdaughter has one too and she uses it at the gym while lifting weights! She loves too!

Suitable for iPhone 8+ and a few more. It has two zippers, one long and one short, but not two separate pockets, so anything that fits into either zipper ends up in the same suitcase. It would be nice to have these two different pockets so things don't slip. The smaller zipper has a drawstring with a hook, can you hold the keys? I'm very glad I bought this for the 3 day festival it fits all my stuff! It's very thin, stays in place (even through lots of jumping up and down and dancing!) and is almost imperceptible. it works to hold the phone, keys, etc. It keeps going up when running and I have to pull it down, which is uncomfortable and annoying. I believe any type of workout that involves moving your bottom half will make that trip up. There was a little thread in the middle of the zipper to make two sections.
