new Pi? Computer components

First. This product is made by 52pi if you are looking for wiki pages not listed anywhere on this amazon page. that all NC terminals are shorted to ground and do not switch from NO to NC. So I connected 24V DC to NO and when the unit turned on I had no light but the NO side was hot. So I used the i2cset command to turn off this relay and here is the magic blue smoke. not even sure how that's possible, but oh well. As far as I know, this seller owes me another pi3b+ and a refund for this part.

Pros
  • Like everything before
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

The silkscreen is wrong but everything else is great

It would be five stars if the silkscreen was correct or at least the documentation mentions it was wrong. The NO and NC connections on the relay are reversed. However, the board works great once you get around that.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • sad packaging

Good HAT style integrated relay kit

Fits snugly over GPIO pin header. I needed a relay to close the connection on command from my Pi clone and it works great. I have 3 more Relays to play with so I'm thinking of additional tasks for my SBC to do!

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Great little relay board!

I'm using this board to control four 24VAC irrigation valves with a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ to fill a 2000 gallon tank (not overflow) and control the filter backwash when the pressure drops downwards. (controlled by pressure sensors and ADC). I really like that this board uses I2C to communicate with the Pi. Several of these boards can easily be stacked on top of each other to provide additional relay channels. It has a good end-to-end header so you can still attack other devices and sensors. In the…

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No power

works, well designed, great document

very good documentation with detailed programming example. Border. Therefore it CANNOT be used for HEAVY DUTY switching applications.

Pros
  • one year trial version
Cons
  • hard to tell

Nice built in HAT relay set

Fits snugly over the GPIO headers. I needed a relay to close the connection on command from my Pi clone and it works great. I have 3 more Relays to play with so I'm thinking of additional tasks for my SBC to do!

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Fits and works great

Fits and works perfectly. The LED indicators show very well that the relay is energized. The included hardware worked as expected and there were no issues with it. Only issue is currently unavailable and not sure if they will be back in stock. I hope they will.

Pros
  • Computer Components
Cons
  • Damaged
