Decent product: Single board computer

It supplies 5 volts to the PI but I don't understand why the pi still reports low voltage even though it's a 3 amp power supply.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Compatibility

Just what I needed for a low power flashing lightning bolt icon.

I bought a Pi 4 from Marketplace and used a regular USB cable like a Samsung phone as power source. I found I needed something higher rated because after doing some research I found that the little "flashing lightning bolt" in the upper right corner of my display means the Pi 4 is not getting enough power and could damage the device. -Time and data loss/corruption. So I bought it and haven't received a reminder since. And it's nice to have a power button to make sure the Pi is really on/off.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Raspberry PSU

Ordered Raspberry brand, hadn't had an on off switch or V micro adapter...sent back, Geek Pi ordered...works great with Raspberry 0 and 1

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Poor kit

Doesn't provide enough power, broke after 2 months of low usage

Low voltage warnings started appearing. Plugged into a MacBook USB-C power adapter and the warnings are gone. It seems that various CPU throttling and other issues I've had could be related to this PSU. The power supply only powers the rpi4, the USB2 sound card and the basic USB2 keyboard and mouse. I'll look around for a better power supply.

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • will write later

Good switch and cord, good (but not great) power supply

This power supply's switch and cord are well constructed and can handle very heavy loads. I also like that it's a toggle switch (although it's unlabeled) so I can see what position it's in (like it was before I plugged in my Pi). The power supply itself is good. Although simple (a simple inverse relationship between voltage and current), voltage is well limited by tight tolerances. This type of design is dependent on factory testing and calibration, but my design is accurate (minimum load…

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
