Pros
- Easy for anyone in house, especially those who don't know too well computers/IT stuff..to use easily.It also gives them peace knowing they arenβt going through something complicated while helping customers remotely via phone calls & emails etc..Great thing because people feel better not having someone come into office uninvited unless needed otherwise everyone
