I was very nervous about buying a video monitor online for my son's room. I wanted to physically feel and see the monitor and its functions. But after much research I finally took the plunge and bought this one. I'm so glad I did! Setting it up was very easy, the hardest part was connecting it to my wifi. We use these monitors for our children's bedrooms, not specifically for toddlers (my youngest is a year and a half) so we don't use motion alerts. The product is great when it works. Compared to other Geenis models, it has a rather narrow range of motion. We had to place it high against the wall to be able to see into the crib, which also required running an extension cord as the cord is only 6ft long.
