For 20 years, side window latches on my husband's truck have broken off. I ordered a replacement and within 10 minutes my son removed the old hinges and installed the new ones. They worked great!

This is exactly what I needed to attach both windows to my truck. I watched a YouTube video on how to install them and completed both windows in less than 20 minutes. Works great and should last a lot longer than the cheap plastic bottles that came before.

The bracket broke when trying to install. The project should take 20 minutes, turn into a multi-day project and order new parts. There is no instruction on the Amazon page in the bag. Poor performance, good product and loved it. Then I had to write this review. Damn.

I can now open windows without breaking the piece of plastic that holds the small window in place when you need something that works and likes installing it. I ordered mine for a 2004 Tacoma and it works great, 100% recommended. Many Thanks.

A very good product that will last a truck life. I watch a lot of videos on You Tube and one said you might need to drill a little more hole. Rather than putting pressure on the pin and possibly breaking the plastic mount on the window, drilling holes turned out to be a good idea. Thanks to this other user on You Tube.

INSTALLATION TIPS: Remove the main brackets from the door frame. Much easier. To do this, pull on the top corner of the door panel, which detaches from the door. Pull it far enough to access the 10mm wrench. You can clamp something to hold the skin open. Erase both sentences and do one at a time so you can refer to the other to maintain proper alignment.
