slightly rough edge

Brier was ok but some of the softer briers are better. In this case, the edges seemed a bit rough, making it difficult to roll out a nice smooth sheet without damaging the edges. Despite this, we managed to complete the project and smooth out some of the roughness.

Pros
  • UNIVERSAL good for gel printing and collage paper gluing
Cons
  • I don't remember

No No No Not for gel plates, take soft

I'm new to gel printing and bought it because of the price and it's the Gelli brand. Not sure if mine was from a bad batch but it rolled fine on the paper BUT NOT on the gel plate. Then I did a little research. . SOFT Brier is recommended for a firm and fixed gel sheet. I sent it back because the Revain policy is awesome! Bought the Soft Brier Speedball and LOVED it!

Pros
  • REUSABLE 4 inch roller easy to remove for cleaning
Cons
  • Long shipping time

A great brier at a reasonable price, that's what he claims!

A durable little brier that's ideal for use with a gel press or other mixing techniques where paint or other materials need to be rolled out. I like the small size because it's easy to place colors and different levels of pressure exactly where I want them on the page or paper I'm working on. It seems to be built so solidly that it will last for many years, I hope I'm right! Definitely recommend!

Pros
  • DURABLE, latex-free synthetic rubber roller
Cons
  • I can't remember, but there was something
