The ability to store all your inventory within one place is very helpful for organizations with multiple locations or branches throughout different states in USA! I like that we are able to access their software via web browser which makes us more efficient by not having to wait for someone else to download it in order to use our inventory management system. It is also very easy to navigate through the program once you learn how to work with it. The only thing about this program is that they do have an off-putting design so it might be hard to get used to if coming from Microsoft Excel or other programs where everything looks similar. The customer service we get from GL is fantastic! They are always willing to help us with anything needed; whether it be scheduling or picking up supplies for projects within their area. I have not had any issues that they cannot rectify in our favor. There has been only one time where my request was denied by them (a small issue).
