This is a great product. However, the reason I bought them was for a specific project that required durability, and my Prismacolor pencils fared much better. These pens work well on restaurant billboards advertising entrees or specialty drinks – something that changes frequently needs to be easy to wash off and restore. .Because these are chalk pens, a light hand is required to avoid constantly sharpening more than necessary. "Cape Hatteras", "Saint-Malo" and "Sandy Bridge" are written in chalk
