I'm a tall guy so I was glad the shoulder straps were long enough to wear this vest. One issue is that the vest sits a little high on the neck, but I haven't used the vest much and lowering it made me feel more comfortable.

I bought the adult size plus and it fits. The top buckle was tight but the bottom two are really adjustable so I was able to get it perfect. I'm 5ft 7in, almost 300lbs and a large breasted female. I bought it to go kayaking.

I felt comfortable wearing it even though the temperature was around 30 degrees. I suppose there are others that let you breathe a little better and move a little better, but they were reasonably priced and gave good returns.

Just in case I wanted to put a life jacket on my kayak when going out into the bay and it turned out to be a great back pad when I'm not wearing a back in one support kayak. It's light and for some things that you need to have on hand for a short time, it's very good for the price.

For the price it was a great buy to use as a family support when we go boating or fishing. I bought this for my brother. I got plus size despite being only 5ft 10" and 190lbs. Very glad I did. The straps are very adjustable. Happy with the purchase. Well... the real test is the buoyancy.
