Exactly 6 inches long. No longer. Not less.

This is a nice little ruler for my small projects and fits well in my kit. What I love about this ruler is that it's just as good as my big steel rulers at providing a precise line to guide my cut, yet it's exactly 6 inches long. What I don't like about my other rulers is that they have extra pieces on either end. When working on very small projects, I prefer a small ruler with no unnecessary detail, like this one.

Good value for money

Attention buyers: Mine was 7k longer than 6 inches, so much for accuracy. Jokes aside, this is a decent quality English ruler with a handy 1/64 decimal equivalent table on the back. This product is rated 4 stars because there appear to be 3/8 long shiny stretch marks/surface scratches on the metal under some of the 64 marks. Annoying in the light because you can't tell the 64 reflective markings from the shiny spots, but in the metal you can't physically tell the difference and all the markings

Unfortunately, both "Lowe" and "Home Depot" no longer produce the "General" line of small tools and measuring tools. There was once an "End Guard" of the entire "General" line of instruments. Now I had to resort to Revain to purchase these lines due to their faulty stocking policy. The quality is the same and I was…
