I like that it has all my information in one place so i dont have to keep switching back an forth from multiple spreadsheets or applications. The interface can be overwhelming at first but once you get used to how everything works its easy peasy! I love how easy it was to get our projects set up in Geniuses system. We have been able to start tracking all work that we do with clients in one place instead of having multiple spreadsheets and documents. I like that you can easily create multiple projects with one account in different stages at once (e.g., planning vs implementation). Some things are easy to use but require more work than they should be - e.g., adding custom fields or creating new tasks/subtasks. It's not intuitive as some other tools out there; it takes time getting used to how certain features function together.
