Suitable for 4th generation Ram: Spare parts

Worked great on my 4th generation Ram. There is a video on YouTube on how to replace the original. Same part number as on mopar website. Here it is cheaper and faster.

Pros
  • Relay
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok

Great product that is easy to install.

watched youtube video for easy installation. This took about 15 minutes. I combined this with the standard antenna and it works great. I've tried aftermarket short antennas and they didn't work. Stick with the OEM version.

Pros
  • spare parts
Cons
  • poorly thought out

the thread breaks best in the relay

when i tried to install it, the thread should be on the short side and the nut barely caught the thread. When I wanted to put on the mother, he literally pulled out the thread. Cheap stuff and I'm very unimpressed that this $40 thing broke so easily. Not a happy customer.

Pros
  • antenna
Cons
  • there is error

Perfect for 2016 Ram

Appears to be OEM quality and perfect for 2016 Ram 1500. Very easy installation with minimal tools required. Crescent wrench (with a rubber pad if you don't want to scratch the antenna mount) and a small head for the fender liner (I think 8mm). You'll need to remove a couple of screws holding your fender liner (the side closest to the door) to get to the underside of the antenna. I didn't have to remove the entire fender, just the first 3 bolts. After that, you need to pull the protection plate

Pros
  • Switch & Relay
Cons
  • Something else
