Yes it will fit but I was upset to find my 18 Transit Connect was not included. Had to buy it as it's a reverse thread. You can't just insert a threaded bolt. It's also a very "broad" thread.

I bought a used 2016 Ford Transit Connect XLT. A few months later I was stuck in the mud and there was no rescue hook on board. I researched for a long time and finally ordered this one. As soon as I received it I removed the bumper and found it fit perfectly.

Purchased for my 2015 Ford Escape as I bought my car used and it did not come with the car. It fits perfectly and I feel a lot more comfortable knowing I have it. Better to have and not need than to need and not have. As in the previous review I read (somewhere, maybe here, not sure) it said it was a reverse thread; So keep that in mind when you receive yours. Arrived just in time for the shipping price and the box is compact so it's easy/nice to store away and out of the way when not in use.

Seriously, these should come with shoots. Anyway, after getting stuck in the snow last year and breaking almost all the plastic on the bumper trying to get it out, I wanted to weld the hook to the frame. In my research to get the job done I found this and it screws right into the front bumper (reverse threaded btw) into a small fitting made specifically for it. So dumb that Ford doesn't have access to the frame or make it clearer that you have to buy that separately.
