This is the original EVAP Solenoid Valve for many GM vehicles but if you don't know the parts dealer will sell you a new part number which is 3 times $$$ , very good price and direct replacement

Chevrolet loves having emission codes pop up when you fill up your tank. So this is the second time I've had to replace this part. The item fits well. I'll try not to cum in my ass again. They claim that a full or overfilled gas tank will result in fuel entering this valve and damaging the seal causing the small leak code to appear again.
