🚗 HYUNDAI (28113-2P100) Authentic Air Filter Review

I have bought aftermarket filters before and can definitely see and feel the difference between them. This filter feels and looks much more durable, the filter media is thicker and I have a feeling it will do the job well and last longer too.

What can I say?! This is the original air filter and it works as it should. I can confirm that it is a genuine OEM air filter. Looks just like the one I just pulled out of the car. The quality is good, recommended by the manufacturer. I always prefer OEM products over other brands.

Why on earth would anyone pay a dealer to replace that for you, I don't get it. It fits my 11 Sonata like a glove. You can watch YouTube videos on site, but it's pretty easy to take out the old and put in the new. All in all it took less than 1 minute. Save some money and do it yourself, it'll even make you feel manly knowing you've done something on your car yourself (next step. Oil change yourself).

WILL NOT FIT *my* 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport: too wide to even fit in the slot. It has the same part number (PP-TD20) as the original filter I took off the car, but it's still too big. The original air filter also differed from the one they sent me in that the original had two locking tabs on the leading edge that rotated 45 degrees to lock it in the filter housing. Maybe a mid-year production change or the Sport model has a different airbox - I doubt the latter.
