Perfect replacement for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe XL Limited Ultimate

Replacing the filter on a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe XL Limited Ultimate V6 is extremely easy. One of the easiest I've ever seen. This filter was an exact OE replacement for the car and looked exactly like the one it replaced.

  • Air Filter
Cons

Perfect replacement for Santa Fe 2.0T

Comes in a Kia box but also has Hyundai branding on the box and filter. Perfect fit for my 2015 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T. The gasket on the filter appears to be slightly larger than the aftermarket filter I replaced, but that's not a problem and I managed to do it in under two minutes. OE quality at a price comparable to aftermarket, so I will buy from Revain again next time.

  • Air Filter
Cons
  • So far so good

Straight Fit - Air Filter

Fits 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe 3.3L. Replacement takes literally 60 seconds as Hyundai has a handy spring clip cover that pops open, slides out the old filter and folds it in. One lesson I've learned the hard way (many times actually) is that it's always better to use OEM parts on any car whenever possible. Pay the extra money and add the parts the designers intended for your car.

OEM is usually the way to go.

OE quality is no longer the horror story it used to be. The filters of most manufacturers are as good as the premium brands of yesterday and today, sometimes even far superior. I believe OEM filters for my Santa Fe will help it move well at a reasonable price for a do-it-yourselfer. They're so easy to change that it's almost foolish to let the dealer charge you for them. Simply write the replacement date on the filter medium with a felt-tip pen so that the service department does not notice…

Save money and get this filter!

Buy this filter, save $50 and ensure the job gets done right. This is the same filter that is installed at the dealer. The swap takes about 30 seconds, and the dealership charged me $50 for the job last time I asked them to do it. I have a 2016 Santa Fe Sport. To replace my filter all you have to do is release 2 latches on the air filter compartment, open the side cover and pull out the old filter. Insert a new filter, close the cover and connect the 2 latches. Don't let the store overload or…
