Ideal when the temperature is below zero, the winter in Michigan is a brutally depressing nightmare of ice and misery, would probably already freeze to death without these trusty pants.

I thought they were a little thin to be warm, but I want to try them before judging. I wore them with waffle thermals and diaper pants in 35 degrees and 10 mph winds and my feet never got cold. They are really comfortable and do not restrict movement.

I served in the army and I can promise you this is not a military matter. The rubber is of poor quality and thin. I doubt it will last 5 washes. The fit is huge. I'm six feet, 175 pounds. I ordered medium and these things fit like CLOWN pants! I cut mine into rags - that's all they're good for. Save money and buy something else.

Nothing like Walmart junk even though they are big business. These are heavy pant pants that are easy to slip down. They are cool.
