This thing is built like a tank. Do not use without pressing. When filled with water, it is very heavy and cannot be wrung out by hand.

I have been working with this in a very dirty building. Has worked very well for almost a year. The floor he washed is concrete, and the coating on the floor is almost completely worn away. It costs money.

This mop is amazing. I could never go back to traditional brush mops. It sticks more to the ground, so it looks "heavier", but that's not a problem. That's why it cleans so much better. The first time I used it, the water was as dirty as I've ever mopped. The floors are streak free and really clean.

The mop piece on this is great! The center where you attach the stick doesn't affect mopping that much, so I'm only giving it 3 stars. I ordered a large one and understand it will be heavy as mentioned in other reviews, but that's ok, I'll make it quicker and it looks like a bit of work :) I won't reorder though as the midsection is so a pain.

It picks up more dirt and squeezes more water out of it than the old cotton floss mop we used (Rubbermaid Mop Bucket Jaws). This will make the floor dry faster, which is a good safety feature. We bought a medium sized floor which is almost too big for home use. For a homeowner I would suggest a small size. Commercial and business establishments are probably best served by medium or large companies.

Not that I'm a fan of the mop, but maybe I love a clean floor. I have bought many microfiber mops and this is my favorite. Absorbs a lot of water and weighs little. The strands are flat and you feel like they are actually cleaning the floor instead of just pulling round fibers from other mops. I'm kind of obsessive about keeping my mop clean and hand washing it every time and then manually wringing it out by twisting it to drain the water otherwise it smells like a wet towel as it will last…
