Works great. Expensive but I'm afraid to use aftermarket toner. I will say that I used to buy toner from Xerox. It sat there for several months and when I opened it it was leaking. They took it back with no problem.

Approximately 10 pages printed before the ink dries. Xerox insisted that this was normal with starter inks. The $55 replacement cartridge might only have 10-15 pages of text and now it's blank. This printer is inferior to an inkjet printer.

I ordered this cartridge for my Workforce 6027. The box it came in was genuine Xerox packaging and the label on the box showed the correct part number (106R02759). However, when I had trouble installing it, I found that the sticker on the cartridge was actually PN R106R01630. It doesn't fit my printer and I have to return it.

I installed the cartridge correctly, printed about 20 pages total, and I'm "low on black" again. This is unacceptable. It's so expensive to order, and it clearly states 2,000 pages. I am very disappointed as I bought genuine Xerox toner and expected better quality than regular toner. Very unlucky!

The box does not say how many pages can be printed with a cartridge, even if you evaluate the printer on site. The printer has excellent laser print quality, but the cartridge life is short. Print 500 sheets of paper! It's terrible and makes it expensive. Second, you must order cartridges online since they are not sold in the office warehouse and there is no closed Xerox center in the New Orleans area.
