This set consists of 23 squares and triangles and comes with a spinner for more fun. Once your child has built something, they can place it on the spinner to see it come to life. My kids loved this part. I wish you had more than one spinner part or an easier way to purchase an extra part. I will also say that you don't get building instructions, it's all about creativity.

This is a great educational tool for preschoolers. The tiles easily attach to each other with a fairly strong magnetic force and can be attached to the included rotating tiles. The magnets are stronger than those in the magnetic tile set to allow for rotation. Overall, this is a great toy to add to your STEM toy collection, although I will say that the spinner is not sun-activated as the name might suggest. It's still fun.

I love these magnetic kits. They are fun and creative for children of all ages and even adults will be fascinated. I tested mine on a seven year old boy and a four year old boy and both were fascinated. The toy feels sturdy and durable, and the four-year-old loved the fact that it could be made to spin. I wish the kits were a little cheaper but as they provide hours of fun and creativity I consider them an investment. Highly recommended.
