I like them. They don't hug nuts as tightly as I'd like, but after running around with them I don't get as annoyed as I thought they would. So I might prefer two separate pieces for better fit control than two in one. Although this is a good product. The back pocket is useless for me.

Because the product is in perfect condition and the quality seems good. The compression shorts below are good. I think the phone pocket in it is a good idea for running but not for weightlifting. The shorts are light and comfortable. They are not my favorite as I find them too baggy. Maybe some people like it but wish they were more form fitting.

I like them, they fit. Pockets and zippers work very well. The only issue I have is that they already have a stitch hole at the bottom of the compression shorts after using them for a 5 mile run. They felt great when running and I noticed the hole later. Training shorts should be more durable. I suspect they won't hold up well after a few runs and cycles in the washing machine.
