Good grips I ordered the ones with plastic tips first and they didn't fit, only problem was the screw holes were too small for the screws on our kayaks, just a little more work to do to install

Both handles on my kayaks are worn out and one has broken. I was pleasantly surprised that they were more durable than the handles that came with the kayaks. It was upgraded and much better for a reasonable price.

These grips are an exact replacement for my Wilderness Tarpon kayak. Keep your existing equipment. The included hardware is just a joke - small screws and small metal washers. The handles were very easy to change as I have a hatch that allows access to the inside of the kayak for a mother. Just the basic tools needed to make the switch.

These straps seem pretty strong. I replaced my original 20 year old kayak risers, haven't used them yet but they should be fine. I recommend using larger bolts (and larger washers) for assembly - 4 bolts and washers are inexpensive and well worth it. (My originals were 1/4" machine screws, I just reused them, but the screws that come with are much smaller and for drilling your own holes. If that's your situation, just get bigger screws.)
