Out of the box the product will only supply 88-96 volts with a fully charged battery and when connected to a 13.5 volt RV battery system. The display did not work properly and showed no output voltage. replacement requested. Let's see what happens with the next block.

I have this to use with a DIY solar generator. It's solidly built and delivers performance as it should. It even works with powerful tools, although I didn't buy it for that. Since I installed it in a safe container with batteries and other devices, the remote switch is very convenient. I would buy this brand and model again.

I have one of their 2000 watt 24 volt units in a small house in another country. This unit is a beast. But this device is disappointing. I was trying to run a 1000w hob and the meter said 1020w. But after three minutes the device switched itself off. I suspect it has gotten too hot. 1020W is not 1600W.

Installed on my boat. Works perfectly. I tested my coffee pot first and it worked fine at 625 watts. The fan didn't turn on. Next microwave. This is 700 watts, the peak power is 1100 watts. Went well. The fans arrived with this device. The inverter did not get warm. So really happy. For me it was a big step up from the 500w inverter. I have a 300 Ah household battery. Hooked this up to one of my vans to power a couple of chargers. I used good quality 2AWG wire and a deep cycle secondary battery which gives the best scenario for this inverter. The two chargers are 550W each at full power. This inverter will go into fault mode and shut down if both chargers are running at the same time. There is literally no better way to connect or support this battery and it can't support 1000W of power. I recommend avoiding this product!

Only used a few times to power a projector that is only about 50W and the inverter died when turned on it just screams and the LED stays red. Frustrating. This power converter is amazing. It's cheaper than the 1000 watt inverter I bought a few months ago. Installation was easy. Connect the two supplied cables to your car battery and you're done.
