Thanks to an adequate battery pack connected with the right size cables, this inverter can run on a 900 watt microwave. Anyone popcorn? Our 1100 watt microwave won't start. It will easily power an apartment fridge, TV, fans and even a 5k BTU air conditioner, but will not work with a Nuwave induction cooktop. For some things you definitely need a pure sine wave inverter. The inverter was connected to two new 200Ah Renogy Deep Cycle Gel batteries (connected in parallel) with 4/0 cables. The product is very durable and looks well made. It was packaged perfectly and arrived quickly. The information displayed by the LED is accurate. The wired remote control is a plus. We are very happy with our purchase and have already recommended this to our friends. Now we're Giandel fans and can't wait to see what one of their big pure sine wave inverters will do.
