Gilden Ladies Flat Black Leather Watch Band F60: Timeless Classic in Calfskin – Sizes 6-14mm Review

Fits my watch but was a bit difficult to put on. The watch originally came with a metal bracelet, but I couldn't find a bracelet that was small enough. The original band was 8mm thick, but the connecting part is only 6mm thick. So when I bought an 8mm watch strap, it didn't fit the watch. I have this 6mm band and it fits, but the band is so thin I'm sure it won't last long so I removed the ⭐.

Easy to put on. The size is printed on the inside of the strap so I don't have to remember which size to re-order. On 10/2021 I ordered another watch strap because the other one was completely worn out. I have a small wrist and it fits perfectly. You should always measure what you have and compare it to the dimensions of the product. Although it was written that there were feathers in the package, there weren't any in my package. Received a strap of the correct width and color with a correct color buckle. The length is exactly as shown. They are well made, fairly stretchy and easy to attach to the watch. The pins that came with the strap weren't as strong as the ones on the watch so I didn't use them. The real test of a watch strap will be how long it lasts. That's the only reason I haven't given it 5 stars yet. Because I don't know how to proceed. It's only been a week or so until now.

Looks great feels good quality at an affordable price. It was easy to replace my broken strap with this one, using a tiny flat head screwdriver to pry the pins out and put them back in place. I think the listing should have instructions on how to measure and order the correct size band for a replacement, but I found another product in the listings that had helpful instructions so I used those and applied to purchase this band , since the sizes for spare belts are universal.

When I read the reviews prior to buying this replacement band I read one that said a specific band was meant to be leather but only the top one. I realized that the reason my old one was cracking and breaking was because it was the same and very inflexible. When I first tried putting it on my wrist, I knew it would be a problem, but I didn't know why. This strap is leather - period. It is very flexible, looks good and feels comfortable.

I thought the 1/2" black leather strap was absolutely perfect and high quality! Check out how to change the strap on youtube and also use a very small flat head screwdriver as I don't have one of those tiny V shaped tools. It took a few tries to depress the tiny spring bars but I was ready in 5 minutes It's like replacing a toilet paper roll, only on a much smaller scale! I would buy this band again!

Looks like a good watch strap replacement. It looks good and the quality seems good. (You'll only find out with time.) The only reason for the 4 stars for ease of installation is that it's a little difficult to take off an old watch strap, but isn't it? On the other hand, this watch seemed a bit more complicated than others I've made. Perhaps the very narrow 12mm spacing made the job a bit more difficult. Anyway, I got the watch and my wife is very satisfied.
