My daughter is tall for her age with large buttocks and hips and a smaller waist. It's a bit difficult to find something comfortable for them without being insanely long and it just isn't right. The width fits her, but the length is too big. I assume this means they would fit a less curvy child just fine.

The pants are soft and stretchy. You walk along the spacious side. My toddler is a size 6 and I ordered a small. She has firm thighs and bottom and they are not too tight. Although they are very long. My little one is 43 inches and I had to roll her up and the crotch is long too. But for the price it was worth it as pants spoil quickly. They also wash well on a gentle cycle. The red color is light red as shown in the picture. It's definitely worth trying out cheap pants.

I bought two pairs of these for my daughters at the last minute. They are really red, albeit a little darker than in the photo. I ordered a small for my youngest daughter (wears a size 6) and a medium for my oldest daughter (wears a size 7-8).
