    Excellent quality, serves its purpose.

    Exactly as advertised. Good quality. does the job. My ice maker in the fridge has a "pressure" setting, but it produces lousy results. This bag and mallet makes much better crushed ice for cocktails like Moscow Mule etc.

    Excellent Product - Dining and Entertainment

    Purchased after researching ice crushers. I just wanted something to crush the ice to add to my smoothies and water. That's great. Why pay more when it works so well.     Smashing a hard ice pack, smashing blocks of stone into usable shards - what a treat. The hammer is well made and has an effective weight. The heavy canvas holds ice well and dries quickly. Happy with the quality. Actually, I'm glad I'm buying a set for our son-in-law.

    Easy and fun

    Perfect for when you're making a cocktail or two that calls for crushed ice. At my house, this is easier than pulling out a blender, and if you're still reeling from the day's frustrations, banging the ice with a hammer is a pleasant way to get rid of them. Also the easy care and storage is a big plus - I just turn the bag upside down and hang it on the hammer handle until it's completely dry and they don't take up much space. Would definitely buy again.

    Crush Ice to the Perfect Size

    I got us into making crushed ice for martinis and drinks and ended up using it as crushed ice for ice packs for my recent knee surgery because crushed ice is very cool and can also be molded into any shape. So it's very easy to use and very easy to get what you want and I'm really looking forward to these martinis in the future. The hammer is very heavy and strong and the bag impresses with being waterproof and very thick.

    Couldn't have been a better choice

    I've read reviews of other competing products and people have often been unhappy with their durability. This one is different. I use it almost every day and it shows no signs of wear. The hammer is great and its angles break the ice easily so you can hit the ice as finely or evenly as you like. I use a silicone ice cube tray that makes very large ice cubes. This bag and hammer are too well thought out and can easily handle ice.

    Big Ice Crusher: Barware & Drinkware

    My wife is undergoing chemotherapy and has read that eating ice chips during and after treatment has helped reduce mouth sores. I ordered this but never got a chance to use it as my wife grabbed it and started punching safe passage for the Titanic. Seriously, this thing does what it's advertised to do. Breaks ice cubes into tiny, easy-to-handle ships. An added benefit is that my wife can hit something really hard at the time she needs it.

    After my manual ice breaker broke, I searched for a long time for a mechanical ice breaker that would make crushed ice, not fine, snow cones, but to no avail. I saw this bag and mallet at Revain and finally decided to order it out of desperation. All I can say is WOW. This is exactly what I need and there are no parts to break.     Finally crushed ice for my drinks!

    The ice maker in my freezer only makes cubes. Bought this inexpensive tool for making crushed ice for cocktails. The canvas bag is very strong, should last a long time and the hammer is durable. Feel like Thor in crushing ice LOL. You will need to shake the bag from time to time as some of the cubes are stubborn and require little force at different angles to break. I liked it so much that I gave the second one to my son-in-law!
