We received the scratching post before Christmas but a few corners broke off. We're trying to fix it, but one is next to the screw hole. We've ordered a scratching post before and haven't had any problems, so we took a chance and ordered another one. I don't think I'll be ordering another one from this company.

Not very impressed compared to our current one (Armarkat brand). I am in no way speaking of the durability or longevity of this product as I am only now assembling it. It smells pretty strongly of glue, and the little cubes they hide in aren't fully padded (our other one is padded), so you're looking at bare wood. The padding also looks nice, but is very thin.
