Glencairn Whisky Glasses, Set of 2 in Stylish Presentation Box Review

Good jars but the problem is all spherical ice molds are too big to fit in these jars! I've looked everywhere for suitable whiskey ice cube trays but they don't exist - believe me! You need a 1.5 inch ball. I made larger ice molds and ran them under water to melt them until they were small enough to fit.

I'm not a true connoisseur of bourbon, but drinking from this glass is something special. I love Woodford Reserve, Buffalo Trace, and maybe wild turkey-style bourbons. This glass makes them a real treat. It also helps me control how much I drink. Opinion about improving taste is not taken into account. Still working on my taste.

I heard about it from the Whiskey Tribe on YouTube. My friend talked about it all the time and wanted to go to the tasting. These were the perfect glasses for that. They arrived on time and completely intact in a beautiful box. The clarity of the lenses was really good. He loved his gift and I think it's perfect for anyone who loves whiskey.

I bought them for my husband for Christmas last year and he loves them! We used these glasses at a whiskey tasting and he found it really helped get rid of the whiskey smell. The packaging was very pretty, it came in a nice black box with some smooth black material inside. The jars were clean, uncracked and fitted snugly in the packaging so there was no risk of damaging them if he shook the gift trying to guess what I was giving him. expected more. no weight Not thick, but very thin. Described as "a broad bowl of crystal... and characteristically..." they are not. The box is nice but the jars appear to be something you can buy at the grocery store. I returned them. Revane told me to stop by UPS. There's no other possibility. No clarifying information. UPS charged me $1 for shipping label printing + $4.69 for shipping envelope. So, after taxes, it cost me $6.20 for the privilege of wearing glasses at my house for the night…

The presentation box and color scheme along with the black fabric inside is beautiful. The underside of the left bar was broken so the glass no longer sits firmly in shape as it no longer has a raised base to stand on. I expect more issues with this in the future but overall it looks nice and it was a good idea I like where they went with this but for the price I expect better stuff than just flimsy cardboard to keep my glasses on display
